Key information Course SummaryAs the title suggests, this course is for anyone who has always wanted to take up a paintbrush but has never quite got round to it. Introducing you to the key techniques involved in drawing and painting, you will learn how to draw from observation, how to manage perspective and scale, what subjects are good choices for the beginner, the properties of different materials and how to apply them. The aim is to give you a broad understanding of different techniques which will form the foundational knowledge allowing you either to continue as a hobby artist exploring creativity at your own pace or to develop your drawing and painting by taking further courses. Entry Requirements There are no formal for this course apart from being 19+. All we ask is that you come with enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.
