Course Summary This short introductory course will focus on draping, a specialised area of pattern making which involves working directly on the stand to create innovative and bespoke patterns. Some prior experience of working with flat patterns and garment-making will make this course more rewarding. By the end of the course, you will have learnt how to prepare simple bodice and skirt patterns and the stand and used the skill and techniques taught to intepret one of your own designs through to pattern stage.
