Digital Photography (Beginners)

During this course you will develop your technical, visual and creative skills while taking digital photographs. The course aims to teach you how to take quality photographs, using different perspective and camera functions. In term two you will extend your knowledge of the above and explore in more detail areas such as digital sensors exposure and metering composition.
For this course, you will need some basic knowledge of camera functions along with basic ICT skills.
Teaching and Learning Methods
This course is of a practical nature and will require some ICT skills. You will learn through observation, demonstrations, group work and practical projects as you share ideas, skills and opinions. Each term is 10 weeks in length, with each session lasting 2 hours. You will also need do some project work in your own time.
