ESOL (Writing) - Level 1

This is a part time course (6 hours a week) and can be completed as a standalone programme or following the completion of the ESOL (Speaking and Listening) - Level 1 course.
The main focus of this course is to develop writing skills to enable progression to either the full-time certificate at the next level (Level 2), Functional Skills courses, or employment.
The course is for people who do not speak English as a first language (EU and non EU nationals), and who do not already hold a Level 2 English qualification.
You need to have a clear interest in improving your English and you must show commitment and be self-motivated with a willingness to learn.

This is a classroom based class and will be taught by qualified specialists.

All staff involved in the delivery of adult education courses within the College are approved to teach the subjects and modules they deliver. The approval process ensures that staff delivering a given programme are appropriately qualified and, where appropriate, possess relevant technical and industrial experience and professional practice.
