Course Overview

ITQ is the leading IT qualification offered by City and Guilds and is suitable for anybody who uses IT, both at home and at work. The qualification will build a range of professional IT skills, including proficiency and confidence in areas such as word processing, spreadsheets and presentation of data.

Whether you are currently in work or looking for work, the City and Guilds ITQ can help you to become more employable, armed with working knowledge of current IT programs such as: Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

The course comprises ten structured class-based lectures and/or tutorials and demonstrated worked examples. Full tutor support is provided throughout the 10-week course (10 x 3-hour sessions). No independent study is required.
