Gain the required accreditation to prepare and provide food for the public and/or in a commercial capacity with this level 2 BIIAB certificate. This one-day intensive course covers all of the catering sector's main requirements with regards to food handling and safety. You will learn about areas such as safety hazards and legislation, temperature control, safe storage, refrigeration, cleaning, and premises and equipment.
