Course Overview
This course is suitable for all levels, from complete beginners or those wanting to develop existing skills to experienced and skilled printmakers wishing to use the workshop facilities. There will be an opportunity to work with a wide range of relief printmaking techniques, including lino and wood cut. You will have the opportunity to work with simple line drawings and block printing as well as working with tone through etching lino. You will be introduced to colour mixing and how to produce a colour print from one block and/or how to layer colours through multi-block printing.
Entry Requirements
No prior qualifications are necessary for this short course.

Teaching and Learning Methods
Each of the sessions will begin with a tutor demonstration of specialist techniques and you will then progress through a series of practical tasks. Sessions will be tailored to meet individual needs and levels.
