Blackpool School of Arts' graduate exhibition

Blackpool School of Arts is once again proud to welcome the world to view the work of the class of 2021. This year's exhibition 'Remote' features work from Further and Higher education students across a huge variety of disciplines.

The multimedia exhibition comprises several virtual 'buildings' and has been curated and created by Blackpool School of Arts' Aaron Tonks.

As you explore this exhibition you will see nods to the School's 1930s gallery building. A map will help you easily navigate the exhibition.

This generation of creative students have made history in how they have innovated, adapted and continued through what has undoubtedly been a challenging year.  The exhibition illuminates the creativity, resilience and determination of our students.  We are inspired by the passion that comes through and their desire to be the leaders of their respective future industries.

This year, in association with Creative Lancashire, we are hosting Industry Award.  The nominees are highlighted throughout the exhibition with the Creative Lancashire logo.
The three categories of awards are based on Blackpool School of Arts' values of
-Community
-Connectivity and
-Process
as well as winners for the overall FE Student of the Year and HE Student of the Year.
A panel of industry judges have viewed, scored, and deliberated the work, providing great insight as to how this meets the needs of such a fast-adapting creative sector.

Our thanks goes to Creative Lancashire and the judges for their generosity of time and advice for our students.

Students choose to travel from across the country, internationally and locally to study with us.  In these times of global change we are excited to see how the next generation will continue to build and make positive changes for their own and other's futures.  This may inspire you to become part of the creative community of practice at Blackpool's specialist art school.  We have a variety of programmes for University students, school leavers and adults and would encourage you to find out more about the September start courses we offer here.
