Chris Holt Independent Member Delivery Director - Support & Services for Air Sector at BAE Systems PLC Chris Holt has been an Independent Corporation Board Member of B&FC since 2019 and is also a member of our Audit Committee. Chris works for BAE Systems where he leads the global portfolio of in-service support activities for their Air Platform domain. Chris has been with BAE Systems since 2004, joining as a Project Management Graduate after studying Business Management at the University of Leeds. He has undertaken various positions across the Air, Digital and Land Sectors, and spanning across Programme Management, Commercial, Procurement and Human Resources functions. In his time at BAE Systems, key roles have included leading the in-service support activities for UK RAF Typhoon, Hawk and Tornado platforms, mobilising the BAE Systems element of the UK Tempest Programme, leading development of our Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Industrialisation transfer portfolio and delivering the BAE Systems Air Sector Early Careers Portfolio. Chris is married to Louise and they have three children; Emily (10), Matthew (7) and Charlotte (4). They live in a village near Chorley, Lancashire.
