Suzy Layton

CEO of FCMS and PDS Medical Ltd. – Social Enterprises providing Health and Wellbeing Service across the Fylde Coast and Lancashire.

Suzy is an entrepreneur with a social conscience. She is a physiotherapist by profession and worked in the mining towns of Mansfield and Derby prior to moving back to the North West in the early 1990s.

She built successful Hospitality and Physiotherapy businesses with her husband on the Fylde Coast and in 1997 started her managerial career with the local GP Out of Hours Service.

23 years later and as CEO she now manages 600 staff and a £30 million turnover allowing her to continue to pursue her purpose of nurturing an environment of inspiration, innovation and disruption, so that the people within her world receive exceptional care. She has spent the last two decades creating a team that is driven to do just that and to ensure that this will continue for this generation and the next.
